Balanced Boosts =]

This is quite a doozy, but I think it is pretty fair, and works pretty well.
The highest boost that can be given is 3x of any stat for all races EXCEPT Kidouless, and Shinigami. Shinigami/Rep shikai give a 1.5x boost MAX, and bankai gives 2x MAX. Why? Because the boosts stack and together add up to 3x which is what the highest boost is for every other race. Now for the tough part that most WILL hate. The Vaizard mask =], this only gives a 1.5x boost which is adding half your stats, and it has a max time limit of 10 seconds. 10 seconds is plenty to have fought, and hurt them substantially, and besides that only 1 race gets the mask so that's why I'm nerfing it so much to make things fair for other players. Also, the mask will have a 20-30 second cooldown.
BTW I know most will auto flame me for the mask nerf.

Mask Cap

I dont like the mask time cap 10 is to low maybe 20 or 30 because when ur mask breaks u lose all boosts.
