My Sado... Empty My Sado...

So i have come to the conclusion that since Quincy have become Lepers.. I am
Going to Stick with Pure STR Sado's.

But im looking on some opinions for Strategies on how to SP train with hollows with a sado. Since it wont be easy, im looking for any offer of opinions.. Please.
